P4 Plus i Sonos

Då jag måste lägga in en ny länk för P4plus i min Sonos har jag försökt lägga in de av er anvisade länkarna för P4plus i Sonos. Jag har prövat med varje länk och får till svar att länken ej kan hittas. Jag ombeds att kontrollera stavningen och försöka igen.
Jag har till punkt och pricka följt de anvisningar ni angivit. 
Vad är felet?

    I Sonos använder du Sonos appen och en av de innehållstjänster som finns i den, till exempel Tunein eller Sonos Radio. Den tjänst du använder idag har inte uppdaterat länkarna till P4 Plus.

    Leta upp den tjänst i Sonos app som heter Sveriges Radio, eftersom vår tjänst har rätt länkar till alla kanaler.

    Så här gör du i appen Sonos:
    1. Öppna Sonos-appen
    2. Gå till Konto-menyn (förmodligen en stiliserad människa)
    3. Välj Innehållstjänster
    4. Under Anslutna tjänster, välj Lägg till innehållstjänst
    5. Välj tjänsten Sveriges Radio och tryck på Lägg till i Sonos
    6. Följ instruktionerna på skärmen för att lägga till tjänsten i ditt Sonos-system
    Om du använder den äldre Sonos S1 Controller-appen, så ser det lite annorlunda ut:
    1. Öppna Sonos S1 Controller-appen
    2. Från Inställningar-fliken (kugghjulet), välj Tjänster & Röst
    3. Under Musik & Innehåll, välj Lägg till en tjänst

    4. Välj tjänsten Sveriges Radio och tryck på Lägg till i Sonos
    5. Följ instruktionerna på skärmen för att lägga till kontot för innehållstjänsten

  • Please make sure you are using the content service named "Sveriges Radio", and not "Sonos Radio" nor "Tunein". Follow theses instructions:
    Add a content service to Sonos | Sonos

    Can you find the service Sveriges Radio and listen now?

  • I have done that - and deleated both apps and tried again - nothing helps - I am ising sonos voice - and P4 plus continues to give a man saying to change link - Other SR channels work fine

  • Yes - it works through airplay but not through sonnos voice

  • The problem is it seems - when sonos voice is used - it uses sonos p4 plus ( old link) - instead of srplay p4plus -

  • I can only get it to work when manually going into sonos app and push on srplay tvplus - and using airplay - othervoice - with sonos voice it continues to go to the p4plus sonos link

    I have no experience with that service, so I need to read up a bit and come back with suggestions on how to make Sonos voice understand that you want to use our service instead. 

    Maybe you can ask for P4 Plus from Sveriges Radio? Or Sveriges Radio and P4 Plus?

  • Yeh - I tried that too

    Is there any way you can ask sonos radio to update their links for p4plus as the other links on the other channels on sr radio seem to be correct ( newer ones) 

    I will try a bit more but it is getting tiring as I have tried about everything I can think of

  • Sonos Radio is basicly TuneIn with other design, so if Tunein updates the link, it should fix the problem for Sonos Radio too.

    I have contacted Tunein and told them to replace the old links whith the URLs found here:
